Situated in the heart of the Périgord Noir, this former village bar has been transformed over the years into a restaurant and latterly a hotel-restaurant. We are located halfway between Sarlat and Bergerac, in the heart of a peaceful village of a thousand inhabitants.

This cosy hotel offers six bedrooms and a self-catering gîte for 6/8 people.

The restaurant offers tasty, modern cuisine using fresh, local produce, prepared by Johannes and his team.

Our history

We bought this establishment at the end of 2007. At the time, we were young graduates but with a solid professional background!

We had big dreams and with all our enthusiasm and determination, we signed up for our first baby!

With hard work, major renovation work, and perseverance, we modernised and expanded the establishment to get where we are now!

It’s first and foremost a small, intimate restaurant,  a family-style establishment where we work with good humour, friendliness, and kindness.

A professional, dedicated and extremely friendly team. We collaborate with a small network of local producers and retailers who offer quality local produce.
